From 26 March to 5 June 2011, the gardens Parco del Delta del Po host the Slow Spring, an occasion to discover the nature, splendid landscape, flavours, culture and art of this fascinating area of Emilia Romagna.

Slow Spring is a must-see event for lovers of “slow tourism”: 11 week-ends of events discovering the features of the Delta del Po Park with excursions by bike, boat and horse, trekking routes, eno-gastronomic itineraries, bird-watching and photography lessons, and educational laboratories for children and adults.

Among the numerous towns involved in the show are Comacchio, Ferrara, Mesola, Goro and Gorino, Ostellato and l'Oasi di Bando, Argenta – all offering participants an activity programme including photographic exhibitions, workshops, new itineraries and navigation along the river Po, as well as sporting rallies and races.

During the week-end of May 1, among the activities is featured Comacchio: emotions among the Valleys and Sea: 3 days of special activities and excursions, free guided visits, tasting and aperitifs.
