Event in Tuscany: Lucca, Italia Terme & Benessere, 26 - 28 November

The event is not only a positive opportunity for the public but also for experts of the thermal and wellness sector, offering over seven thousand square metres of exhibition space at the ex-industrial zone of Bertolli, with displays of the latest features of this ever-growing sector.

The exhibition stands located in the large complex feature promoters from thermal spa centres, hotel chains, travel agencies, hotels, spas, and also cosmetic, beauty produce and equipment manufacturers.  The show aims at putting forward the latest wellness features through meetings, workshops, presentations and various activities.

It is certainly no coincidence the event is held in Lucca, as the city boasts thermal activity due to its geographical location and one of the most prominent in Italy.   Easily accessible from Lucca are the nearby Tuscan towns of Montecatini, Monsummano, Saturnia, Bagni di Lucca and Chianciano, plus the town of Porretta  in the region of Emilia Romagna.

How to get to the exhibition centre of Lucca

The ex-industrial area of Bertolli is situated at less than one kilometre from the city centre and is easily accessible by public transport and also by bike, thanks to the numerous cycle paths.

By Car: Travelling from north-west Italy you need to take the Genova-Livorno A12 motorway and exit at Viareggio, taking the ring road following signs for Firenze, exiting at Lucca.  Travelling from north-east, you need to take the Sole A1 motorway following directions for Firenze Nord, following the ring road for Firenze-mare A11 and exit at Lucca.

By Plane: Two airports are located nearby; Aeroporto internazionale Galileo Galilei di Pisa (www.pisa-airport.com) and Aeroporto Amerigo Vespucci di Firenze (www.aeroporto.firenze.it)

By Train: Lucca train station is connected by the Firenze-Genova route (www.trenitalia.it)
