Event in Tuscany: Pisa, Pisa Book Festival 2010

The Pisa Book Festival runs its 8th year; after the success of last year’s literary event which took place in this Tuscan city, this year the festival will be held in two locations; the  Palazzo Congressi, where the usual editorial celebration takes place and Stazione Leopolda, which hosts the Pisa Book Junior, dedicated to publishing houses for children’s and teenager’s literature.

An event idealised for lovers of the literary and also this year an ideal destination for families, with an exclusive section for little readers.   150 exhibitors, meetings and conventions with cult authors of the moment feature at the festival, as well as all the latest literary news from 2010 – 2011, and also writing laboratories. 

This year, Portugal will be the festival’s guest nation.  Don’t miss the Pisa Book Festival which takes place on Friday, 22 October.
